The tunnel-ventilated system utilizes both 36" & 51" fans which can change out the entire volume of air in a 300 foot building every 30 to 40 seconds. This method insures that the environment is charged with fresh air which makes it more comfortable for livestock and caretakers. There are also 24" pit fans which draw air downward through the slatted concrete floors increasing comfort and air flow.

Inside the building a complete modular gate system is in place to control where you want your animals staged. The rod gates are available in horizontal or vertical format. In the vertical system, there is no top or bottom specifically which means the gates can be turned top over bottom doubling their usage life. The base plate system features a stainless steel set bolt which fits into a t-bolt, all gates are solid 1" shaft construction and built to last.
