Modular Handling System

System components are easily assembled to form cubicles and/or alleyways.  Door frames can be pinned together quickly and easily.

Modular Handling Example

FEATURES:
  • Square corner construction for safety when working animals through the system. There are no round upper corners
  • Roller doors and swing doors are non- directional.
  • System can be expanded as your herd grows.
  • Work box extension may be added to provide an economical work chute.
  • Components may be used as a free-standing system or installed in your facility using the built-in brackets.
  • Doors available as solid or with solid bottoms only.
  • For animal safety - roller and swing doors are close to the floor to minimize chance for foot/leg damage.
Specifications:
  • Frames are 1 1/4 inch, 12 gauge square tube steel
  • Roller or slider doors
    • Frames -- 5 1/2 inches deep.
    • Doors - 6 feet wide x 8 feet 4 inches tall
  • Side swing doors
    • 6 feet 2 1/2 inches wide x 8 feet tall
  • Weight: approximately 300 lbs.
  • Rollers:
    • Industrial rollers 4 inches x 1 1/2 inch cage bearing grease zert.
    • Rating of 1500 lbs. each
