Located about an hour north of St. Louis near the town of Pittsfield, IL, JDL Longhorn Inc. is a family owned and operated corporation. JDL was founded with the goal of finding better and easier ways to manage livestock production. We have a rich history in the industry with nearly 100 years of combined livestock handling and equipment sales experience to our credit. We have always been involved in production agriculture, and have used nearly every product we sell on our farm. Many were designed here. I guess you could call it our own "Research and Development" department. We would like to put our experience to work for you. We offer equipment to help you with every facet of livestock production, including one of the widest selections of handling equipment in the industry.

Our line-up of handling equipment includes: hydraulic squeeze chutes, modular handling systems, manual squeeze chutes, portable hydraulic squeeze chutes, portable hydraulic handling systems, hydraulic crowding tubs, shields, show and sale facilities, and exhibition corrals. All of these products have been designed to make your job easier and allow you to handle livestock safely and quickly.

In addition to handling equipment, we offer feeders, feeding systems, bulk bins, waterers, scales, gates, animal shelters, storage structures, fencing, posts (both wooden and steel), post drivers, fencing tools (splicers, stretchers, etc.), fencing supplies (staples, splices, etc.), and fencing construction. If you need it, we have it.

Applications for our products are nearly unlimited. We offer construction and supplies to many industries. Racetrack barrier fencing, airport exclusion fencing, industrial remote site security fencing, and vineyard construction are just a few of the additional applications of our products.
